Hi thanks for providing this platform for help. I am grateful to find you.

I have been summon on my absent. Today I called a credited collection agency that my details sold to them and they sold it to another agency called Locus and locus never got in touched but I knew from them today that they actually went to county court and summon me already 19 January 2021. I started communicating with original creditors 3G who sold my documents to Lowell and asked for data subject access as they refusing to give me any information they keep referring me to Lowell and Lowell referring me to Locus and Locus refuse to share information to me. I spent month of communications so far.
The strange thing about this case my accounts with three G 3 accounts for my families are settled fully and paid final bills and 3 provided PUK code. One accounts was disputed with three G 6 years ago and never heard anything until today which is about 6 years and 5 month.
help me how to start this case. I have asked for my data subject access 3G willing to provide data now but Lowell are refusing and these damaging my credited. I have talk talk account that I had never even open account with them. I spoked with talk talk and that waiting to respond. Lowell company is very strange and someone said Speak to Crime Stopper ? I feel defrauded and treated bad by three and Lowell. Please help if you can. Thanks
