  • Bridging Loan/Business Loan

    Hi All,

I find myself in a very tricky complicated matter.

I took a Loan to pay my ex Husband to save my Home
(He had a Sale order from Divorce) in November 2018.

I explained this to the Broker and he advised me on the type of Loan and gave me the exit plan.

I had to extend the Loan had it was due in May 2020 hisver
it all fell through ( a longer term mortgage) as my job offer was withdrawn.

Fast forward to November I had an email asking how
I will redeem and explained I need the interest frozen
and that I was relying on them for my exit plan.

They refused and took themselves out of the equation saying they do not provide advice or help on longer term
    Mortgages.

They have now instructed receiverships and increased the Loan making any offers or re finance impossible at the current time.

    Please help!!!

    Thank you
