Any Other Information or Background Details:

The only letter I have sent to Lowell Solicitors so far is a reply to their pre-action letter offering a token payment with my income and outgoings, after receiving debt advice from business debt line. I'm currently on Universal Credit due to the pandemic and am self-employed, currently with no spare income to pay debts. I have never made a payment to Lowell on this debt.

I anyone can help with the next steps to take I would be very grateful.
