CPR31.14 - Can I send in Scotland?

Hi folks.

I have received a "Simple Procedure" court claim regarding a debt that Cabot bought a few years ago and they are being represented by Shoosmiths.

I have read up and prepared a CCA request to be sent to Cabot, and just wondering if a CPR31.14 should be sent to Shoosmiths?

I am in Scotland, and the templates for the CPR only mention a County Court Claim. Just wondering if it's another template I should be sending them?

Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
