please can someone explain to me how I can be assaulted by someone whilst they are under the influence of drugs and then not charged.
they say she is not mentally ill but when she takes the drugs she becomes psychotic until the drugs wear off, this person keeps doing this every week and never gets charged. Why is that allowed, I feel like I could go out get off my head and commit offences and then get away with it.
it boils down to a capacity debate but surely this shouldn’t be allowed to carry on and there must be a legal way round it, can someone explain a way round to me
