I have CCJ found on my credit file when checking my credit rating, I didn't receive the paperwork for the CCJ for various reasons, I want to have it set aside?* i have done the paperwork for a CCJ to email to the courts with the fee, if someone who specializes in the kind of matter could review the docs before I send them, I would really appreciate that as I am new to this, but I really need this set-aside and I don't want it rejected by the courts for a very minor mistake. I believe it will take all of 2 minutes for someone skilled in working with courts to spot any errors and deem them to reject it. I can email all the paperwork........many thanks*

Set Aside Application*cost £255 if not on certain benefits also you would need a good reason non receipt for original forms is a very good reason, nobody in the courts will state errors not their job, but the DJ in those circumstances must allow set aside(does not go away) and the original procedure starts again,*ask the court for original paperwork used? and keep for reference*

HI guys,
recieved a call from the court today, about this CCJ<
The judge stated that civil enforcement have claimed that they have sent me a letter to my old home address, and they have said that they agree to set a side the whole judgement aside........
IF i.......
File the full defence to the courts and serve a copy to the claimant
The court will take it up ,there, after.
and....
get in touch civil enforcement to negotiate the payment . These are the words the judge said to me.
Can someone please explain what a defence to the court means? where I can find it or make it?, and why would they agree to set this a side on the them grounds as it seems too simple. Is this what I want? And is there anything i need to watch out for?? I know these criminals and it sounds too easy
