Urgent please help, defence due tomorrow 15/04/20 4pm

I have already posted on the welcome forum about a claim brought against me by Lowells,
I have written a defence based on that they have not enforced the CCA request I have made.
My defence is due by tomorrow at 4pm
Could someone please look over it for me and answer the questions on my original post?
I am starting to panic as I need help on a couple of things and nobody is getting back to me.

Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
