Good Morning,
I am representing a family member as the Defendant in a Small Claims Court claim that was issued.
We filed the response via the online portal along with a completed copy of the Directions Questionnaire.
I called the helpline a few days ago and the advisor informed me that the Claimant has 17 days from 24 March 2020 to complete the Directions Questionnaire.
Today is the deadline - however, as today is Good Friday (10 April 2020), does this mean that the deadline would normally be extended to the next working day (14 April 2020)?
Also - from a time perspective, is the deadline to serve documents at 23:59 or 17:00 on the day?
