I have had the bailiffs knocking on the doo of a patient i care for from time to time. The bailiffs are* threatening to take his goods and bullying him into saying that I live at his property. They arrived when he takes his medication and doesn't know what or who he is talking to. He is not of sound mind and they took advantage of his vulnerability. I use to live there but called marston and they were extremely rude to me and put the phone down on me. I am also vulnerable person who suffers with panic attacks and my mental wellbeing is suffering. I am under my doctors care. I also look after two disable and elderly people. I am their official carers and i am also on income support. They threatened the patient and told him they are coming into his home to take away goods that don't belong to me and wants to take all goods on Monday. Should I call the court to explain that the bailiffs have stressed the patient that he had a melt down after they left and the family have threaten to take it further due to his illness. I need help in knowing what I can do to resolve this.*
