N208 CLAIM FORM AND STATEMENT CLAIM - 3 Claimants and 2 Defendants

Hi,

My father, me and my sister are taking 2 of my siblings to court as they are refusing to sell the family home which we all are beneficiaries of.

I know that I have to name all the claimants and defendants but obviously they all won't fit on the N208 Claim Form.

How would I log their details?* Would I just use a lead name?**How are they entered on the court papers?

Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
