  • N181 form as a defentant please help

Hi, I have received a directions questionnaire N181 and I need some help filling it out as I don't want to mess up. Me and my partner have been taken to court by the estate agents we have put our business for sale with regarding their fees. We have refused a viewing as I was heavily pregnant at that time and the potential client changed the original date of the viewing. The estate agents are now claiming we should pay their selling fees as we have refused the viewing. I have to say we haven't sold the business and the contract finished in July and we have already paid the marketing fees , which we believe it's more than fair. I have sent all the information to court including text messages and emails and now we've received a N181 form to fill and I don't know what to answer to some questions. Appreciate your help. Thank you

    Hi
The claim has been allocated to the fast track so presumably is over £10,000?
    Have you instructed solicitors?

Which questions do you want assistance with?
