  • Discrimination how to sue over it.

Put simply how difficult is it to sue over social discrimination.* we have been subject to it for 6 years in our current business. from forged signitures to apparently lost documentation.* indeed quite shocking actions* each time have led to a battle to overturn. most recently an attempt by an RDO to humiliate my partner in a formal meeting with real malicious behaviour. * each event on there own would be percieved to be a mistake, or a failing, or quite a poor decision. but over 6 years its blatently an attempt to ruin us. * I am perfectly sane by the way.

we have instructed a solicitor over the last issue and probally will have to sue over breachs of contract.* where we have for instance not been party to consultation for new venue applications in line with our contract whilst other more wealthy busineses have. we have been walked all over quite frankly with a fight I might add.* in fact we potentially have been treated like we have due to bigger issues such as a parliamentary investigation in 2014 which i might add was fully upheld in our favour.* different staff each time the same type of behaviour by them.* so can simply a person sue over social discrimination. * does it exist in the eyes of the judicial sytem.
