Hey guys,
As we are renovating our old home, we are living in a rented apartment. The house owner asked us to leave the home within one week without any valid reason. We both have signed an agreement of one year and now it's only just two months that we are here. My friend recommended me to get myself a paralegal or someone who has a good understanding of the rental agreements/disputes and consider filing a claim through small claims court. I think it would be better to move forward to consult with a small claims paralegal in Ontario if there's no other option. Anyone here has any other suggestions?
