Urgent - desperately need help!

Hi,

Have posted this previously, but nobody has responded?

I am composing a defence, which must be filed this week, and need to know if I have to send any evidence that I have with the defence? I have a couple of documents (evidence) already, but there are others that I am yet to obtain. Am I supposed to send evidence with the defence or will the court order disclosure at some point?

I would be really grateful if somebody is able to assist!

Your evidence is included with your witness statement which will be filed and served according to directions which court will send after receiving your defence

Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
