    Defense

    I called the court today to find out what was going on with my court case and they advised that the defence submitted did not make sense so the court admin staff have submitted to a judge

    can anyone advise

    i have equally seen the papers as I advised the defendant needed to send to the court as well but when I looked at them in detail they are rubbish and make no sense

    what is likely to happen given this has already taken an age which is quite frankly unacceptable from the courts it’s crazy they should be ashamed of themselves

    an appalling service truly disgusting

      Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

      Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

      If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
