    CCJ on credit file

    A friend has a CCJ on their credit file which they do not know about. They received no papers etc. They believe the CCJ relates to a car accident however. The CCJ was satisfied 36 days after the judgement. Again my friend did not pay this money. All they can think of and me too is that the insurance company have failed to do their job properly.

    What would be the course of action?
