    Alternative Dispute Resolution-Without Prejudice Save as to Costs

    Does anyone have any experience of this? I am going to trial on a fast track case, and the claimants have put me under pressure by offering mediation in the above term on 3 pm on a Friday, but I have to let them know by 4 pm Monday-Is this unreasonable? Will I be penalised if I ask for more time? I have asked on numerous times to mediate this action before the court and now that the Court directs it the claimants are suggesting-Is this a tactic? Advice, please.
