  • What part of CPR would an order to Disclose Documents fall under?

I have a situation in which the Defendant has not provided a list of disclosable documents by the date set by the court in the Allocation to Fast-Track order.
I want to submit an application for an order to force the Defendant to deliver this. However, I cannot find anywhere in the CPR a clause which allows an order to be made for this.
I must be missing something because disclosure is such an essential part of the process.

Can anyone advise how to apply for a order for document disclosure?

    Thanks
