Good Evening
I've asked a few questions now & I'm in love with this forum... here's one more !
I've noticed on my credit file I have an outstanding debt with Vodafone for £500. I wasn't really aware of this - must have been an old contract. It went into default at the end of April 2013 - so it's statue barred in a few months time.
I've not heard anything from Vodafone but have noticed it's linked to an old address. It's on my credit file as Vodafone so it doesn't look like they've passed it to a third party.
- Do I contact them with my new address?
- Do I wait a short while then give them my new address
- Do I give them my new address and submit CCA request etc... and hope it runs the clock out?
Or Do I ignore it and hope there's no further action from them (as I've said there seems to be no third party and I doubt Vodafone themselves would issue a court form?)
thanks in advance... again !
