Hi,
Hoping for some advice please.
If a claim is reissued using the correct forms and a new acknowledgement of service form is received.
Does the claim form have to have a court stamp? As this would have been issued in a different court from original claim.

I think we might need a bit of background. What happened with the original claim ? Is the claim number the same? Have you checked the claim is genuine and has actually been issued by the court ? and was it the court or the claimant who served the claim on you ?

Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
