Court fine

Hi all,
I received a fine from the court for an offence II have been trying to no avail contact the court on the 2 numbers provided NOBODY EVER ANSWERS THE BLOODY PHONE!!! So eventually got an email address which was read out when the phone had rang continuously for what seemed like forever anyway I have sat and written out a message to said email address only for the email to not be delivered as the address is wrong I'm so bloody stressed put as I now have a new letter stating they are doing an attachment of earnings for this fine and I just simply cannot afford to lose 17% of my wage after tax and everything else ..... Please can someone help me...... The place I'm trying to contact is.

the 2 numbers that just ring and ring are..
01618304381 and 01618304200 the email address they give is gm-aeu_enquiries@hmtcs.gsi.gov.uk I'm ripping my hair out .... I have proof of the numerous attempts to contact them aswell...
can anybody advise or help me please ??

This is the details - maybe try the fixed penalty number ? It does look like you have the right details though the email address is incorrect. They did used to be hmcts emails so might be they've updated website but not the phone message...

Just tried 4381 number - it hung up after 46 rings ( might have lost count a bit lol )

The 4200 number an Answerphone picks up immediately but just says office now closed and opening hours - no email address given

The fixed penalty number is just engaged.
