    Arrow global got a ccj last year against me knew nothing about it until i got a coirt balliff warrent of control. I filled oit a form N244 and asked to jave judgement set aside and warrent stayed jusr got a letter from the court sating all action stayed pending the oit come of a hearing of 10 minutes in january. So what do i need ti do now? I have never had anything from arrow global including a transfer of debt. Also they state i made a £1.0paymemt up to 2012 but they dont know how it was paid as this was from another d3by agency.
    pleqse.adivse my next course of action.

    That's good the warrants been suspended so there's no action for now. The hearing will be to decide whether the judgment is set aside or not. If you don't feel up to attending the hearing you will need to tell the court ( at least 7 days before) and put in a witness statement with your arguments in, possibly a draft defence, and ask the court to take your submissions into account.
