N244 after enforcement notice.

Hi, I' ve been given an inforcement notice, which arrived at a friend's house. Apparently court papers had arrived there where its not my registered address and never received them.
I need to fill send and pay the N244. I filled the form but its not very clear how to pay and where to send as the only paper I have is the notice of enforcement. Thanks

Tell us some more about what the debt is for. Is the Notice of Enforcement from the County Court Bailiff or elsewhere. What date have they given you to make a response/offer/payment.

Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
