Claim Form - BW Legal

Hi,

Could someone please help, I am a little lost.

I have received a letter from County Court Business Centre with the claimant being Total Parking Solutions. I have registered on the site and requested an AOS giving me a further few days to respond. Could someone please point me in the right direction of the next step and how i maybe able to defend this claim?

The last thing i want is a CCJ and worried that if pay this one i maybe opening a can of worms.

Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
