  • Brittish Gas Court Writ address

Hello, I have been forced to raise a small claim against Brittish Gas due to the failure of them to complete a contractual job. They have ignored all court correspondence and a judgement along with a writ raised against them. The court bailiffs have not been out twice to issue the writ and have come back to say they cannot serve this to a PO Box address. When I asked Brittish Gas for the address they gave me this one with the PO No -

    Brittish Gas Services
    Customer Relations
    PO Box 4394
    Dunstable
    LU6 9LG
I have tried in vain to get a 'normal' address from them but they will not help, I would appreciate any advice / gudance on gaining the correct address in order that this big company does not get away with what they have done.
    Kind Regards

    James

Thank you, I will speak with Bailiffs tomorrow but as the court used was Luton, I suspect they may need the address for Brittish Gas in that area. Appreciate your help

Is the amount sufficient to take it to the high court sheriffs?
