The feedback letter for the unsuccessful is often a generic letter mentioning things like: the particularly high quality of candidates interviewed, unfortunately on this occasion others scoring higher in some areas etc. Not at all tailored to the individual candidate apart from putting their name at the top. In other words made up feedback.
The fact that they sent the same generic feedback email to everyone (regardless of race) would indicate the absence of discrimination.
It isn't the Tribunal's role to discipline employees. Courts are polite. They rarely call a witness a liar. Instead they describe a witness and their evidence as: lacking credibility, inconsistent, unreliable etc.
The likely consequences of all his lies is likely to be a bloody good telling off from the employer and someone else responding to feedback in future.
