    Charging order

    Hello
    I hope someone can help. My husband has passed away and we jointly owened the house. He had a charging order which I have been trying to pay off. I understand his share will go to his estate but if I paid it off and 2 other debts will that stop his share going to probate as I desperately want to move.

Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
