Hi, I have had further information. The land registry have confirmed that the interim charging order in form K was withdraw. and replaced with an application for an agreed notice w. The final charging order has been granted. I objected but as always it was found to be groundless.
I am waiting for the SARS to be returned and a lwyer friend of mine stated she wouldnt deal in this issue due to the contentious nature. She did advise me to look for legal expenses cover on my home insurance. As I have the top level it includes £50k of legall expense cover. I submitted a claim yesterday and waiting for the response.
My question is what is an agreed notice and what does that mean to me and the house. Can i sell ? and am i legally obliged to pay this agreed notice charge out of any proceeds of sale? If not does anyone have a recommended solicitor to handle the sale or to apply for original judgement to be set aside?
Thanks again
