  • Shoplift with no fine

Hi, I'm sure you're reading this all the time but it's killing me...

Recently I've been caught shoplifting in tk-maxx by RLP, silly me. They called the police, when the police came the security guard explained everything and I agreed (they didn't take me to the station), then the police took basic information about me (address, etc) on a normal small notebook, which I signed as It was a kind of transcription of the conversation we were having. At the end, the policeman didn't give me any fine, documentation, paper, official and written caution or whatever (the security guard gave me the banning notice paper), just a " I don't want to see you committing any crime anymore, or that'll become more serious". I haven't received the RLP letter yet, which I'm sure I will, now my question, for my job I'll need CRB check (working with vulnerable adults), is it going to show this? (It seems to me that the police didn't take any legal action against me) if this was a caution, shouldn't I sign something and get a copy? I hope I explained myself clearly XD!

Thanks for your time and help!
