Hi,
I bought angle grinders from Lidl, send them back, as they were faulty, and one the disc started to fly off, which could have caused serous injury, or death. They are saying they will not send new grinders, from Germany, that's the firm, cos they were not packaged as they wanted, and they were used to much, and now they cant test them, which is rubbish, but they were not, they are saying they are too dirty, too much dust, and just war and tear, but they are not, its just normal a grinder will get to look from new to very old.
Whats the right thing to say to them.
Thank you.
Wayne
