    HI Everyone

could someone help me, I went to Asda yesterday with my daughter who is 13 months, we done the shopping and went to the tills, she started playing up and crying and screaming cause she wasnin
the trolley, the woman in front of me had trouble paying so tried to help her, I then started processing my shopping, I gave my daughter my phone to try and calm her down but she dropped my phone, I suffer postnatal depression and was very very flustered, the man behind me in the queue starting moaning, shouting and swearing at me cause I was taking to long that I forgot to scan items and the self checkout.
I never even released what I had done till I was walking out and two security guards stopped me
at the door and told me to turn around and took me into a side room, all the while
my daughter was crying in the trolley, Once they had explained why I was taking to the side room I offered to pay straight away, showed him I had funds in my account, they said that I had deliberately not scanned my items. I was on cctv looking around seeing if anyone was watching me, I wasn’t I was looking around as was truly embarrassed about my daughter screaming and feeling everyone was looking at me
this was truly not the case, they then checked my shopping and said that I could
pay but would he banned from the shop, I stay minutes from Asda and have shopped there for over 30 years, they said I could write a letter to the manager, they would view the footage and let me know if the van would be lifted, just wondered if anyone has had experiences like this before and if they ever got back into the shop?
