ummmmm I dunno either, i assume when you order. I'm thinking of the places i tend to go out to eat now (with the kids) where you have to pay when you order.

Yes i think the contract would be made at the till in that case .
But what about when goods are supplied before goods are paid for.

Petrol stations for instancce.
Say you put diesle in your petrpl catr are you contracted to pay for the diesel

Only the same as putting the shopping in your shopping basket i wold have thought or the food in your stomak at a restaurant i wonder if they would want the food back whoulf you deccidedd not to accept the offer of contrat.
