Regarding my faulty Smeg cooker, I received a telephone call this morning at around 9.30 am from the engineer to say he'll be round just after 1pm.
So far, he's failed to turn up.
If he doesn't turn up at all, what can I claim for?
My partner took a day off work, so he's lost 3 and a half hours overtime.
Cooker is faulty, can't be used.
Where do I stand please?
