I am in the process of taking someone to court. He made a big mess of my job and I am confident in my case.
Luckily I knew where this person lived as I had to collect a key from him for my property that he was working on as he was ill so was able to send my letter of action to his home/business address.
However on his invoices he does not have his full address, only area and postcode. I have looked on the ungovernable website and HMRC states that the full address should be on invoices so legal documentation can be sent.
Can he get in trouble for this?
