can any body point me in the right direction
particulars of claim
the claim is for the balance of installments due and unpaid under an agreement dated 01/01/2007 and under witch xxxxxx re xxxxx agreed to provide credit in relation to the purchase
of goods payable by installments ("the agreement"). the agreement was assigned to the claimant.
particulars 1. amount due and unpaid 2342.26 the claimant therefor claims 1. amount due & unpaid 2342.26
as on claim form
1. i have never had an agreement or loan with xxxxxxx as stated in the particulars
2. i have never had assignment with the claimant
how do i go with a no paperwork/ holding defense
