Hello, my daughter made an online purchase for a coat, she paid for next day delivery, which was due yesterday, my wife was at home all day but the item never arrived.
when we tracked the item it showed up as being delivered at 4.20pm yesterday & comment was "posted through letterbox" how on earth a coat can fit through a letterbox..I don't know?
We contacted Hermes..who are a nightmare to speak to, we did a live chat with them & they basically couldn't help, were totally useless & told us to contact the company she purchased from.
She has done this..again through email, seems no one want to supply a phone number these days, and had a reply saying they will look into this, I've got a feeling this is going to be a problem & will be passed back to each other.
How do we stand with this, she is a 16yr old college student & cant really afford to lose £30, (which was paid via PayPal)
oh...and we have just read some terrible comments regarding Hermes, really concerned now!
