Friend has just had her Audi in for service and they have had to fit a new aircon unit at a cost of nearly £900.
The car was bought new and is outside of the normal warranty period so she wonders if she would be covered for replacement under usual consumer law. Not fit for purpose perhaps?
I can only presume it was done at an official Audi garage as she always uses the dealer's services.
