I'm in the same situation, I've been mis sold the renewable energy engineering course by new trade careers. I'd like to take legal action against them. I'm stopping payments to them too. How are you all getting on with it? I only found out its a scam yesterday!

Currently in the process of arranging to speak with citizens advise, logging a formal complaint with the finance company, then going to the finance ombudsmen after. Think it’s going to be a slow process but will report them where possible and see what we can do.......they are total rip-off merchants and terrible they are registered with the FCA. Will keep this trail updated :O)

You won’t have luck with any of this. The problem is that the loan companies have followed all of the rules, and it’s all spelled out in fine print in the contract you signed.
