I have explored every avenue to get Vodafone to resolve numerous account and billing issues over the last 14 months. As soon as one item gets fixed it typically takes me 3-4 months of horrendous calls and inevitable something else goes wrong. On the 23rd November I agreed to a new contract as I needed a new phone and I was assured it only going to cost me £9 and that they had sorted the rest of my issues. I got a suresignal box for £25 (sometimes it the better the devil you know). they then added over £80 to my bill, and then proceeded to take the £40 (from the latest over billing saga) from that amount. Despite repeated requests for the tapes to be listened to, I get bland emails telling me it will be done in 24-48 hours. And it never is and I've actually got to the point where I don't trust them not to destroy the tapes. As it will evidence mis selling and their incorrect billing. I won't ring Vodafone anymore as the last call I had with them was over 2 hours and I endured 13 call transfers - this was me trying yet again to fix over billing, money's owed and signal issues. Can anyone recommend a decent solititor? I have all my emails, screen shots, dates of the major telephone calls. I just want my money back and my contract terminated without penalty as they can never get my bill right, they charge me for items I didn't agree to pay for and amounts I didn't agree. They charge me for cancelled accounts and take it out of my account without my agreement. Surely can not be legal. Help please. Thank you

Re: Vodafone mis selling & billing issues
You need to record al calls yourself. If they say we may record calls etc, at the end of the spiel simply say like wise. Get the name and department of the person you are talking to.I would also ask for and address and send a confirmation letter to that address . Sometimes very rarely they can put thins in writing. It might be worth changing your bankcard. Write to your bank to Vodaphone to say that your cancelling any recurring payment authority. Inform the bank in writing that any attempt to use account number XXXX and to set any direct debits on the part of Vodaphone if an an attempt at fraud. That should stop the money going out.
You will also need to make a complaint in writing . You now need a record of everything write get names ask them on the recording to agree to the action they are going to take . send the letter . Remember most of the people you speak to on the phone have no authority and have to resolve a certain number of calls and hour
