Hi all,
I’m looking for some advice on some basic Terms and Conditions that should be included on a survey where entrants will be entered into a draw to win an iPad. I’m not to worried about a whole page of T&Cs but just some advice on a short, basic set. The survey will be completed by passers-by in a city centre area and the draw will take place the following day.
T&Cs should include for example; No cash alternative, One entry per household, over 18s only, etc.
Ideally, should be as short as possible as space is limited.
If any further info is needed or if this post would be better situated in a different forum, please let me know.
