  • Taking a USA company to court

    Hi all

Simple question. I am forced to take legal action in the LA small claims Court against a US based company.

It means flying over there to attend the trial.

Does anyone know if I can claim my flight costs should I win the case?

Re: Taking a USA company to court

    Hi,
I don't know the court rules for US courts myself, hopefully someone will look in with
    advice on this.
Costs in the small claims court in the UK are strictly limited.
