Recovering a debt - Investment property

I have a county court judgment against an individual thats now moved overseas. (just over £12k)
I'm aware he owns two investment properties in the UK that he lets out. One of these he has now sold.

Can I move this to the Hight Court and get the bailiffs to sell his investment property? I assume he has a tenant on a 12 month letting agreement.
