Hi,
I've recently had my car in a "professional / specialist / etc" garage and, to cut the story short, they've damaged my gearbox, which would cost in excess of £10.000 to replace. I've been in touch with their insurance company since September 2014, but despite numerous written and photographic proofs, but also expert reports, they've declined the claim few days ago.
Looks like I need to take them to court now, but I'd love to work with solicitors that understand the motoring / mechanical / technical terms ideally.
