Hello their I brought a sofa bed from sofa works but the metal framing has bowed I've had an engineer out to deal with the issue but after waiting to find out the results I was told that the sofa bed was not to be slept in on a day to day bed basisoon but what is a sofa bed supposed to be used for they have had a reply with a quote of £160.00 to get the frame fixed but it is still in my 12 month warented as I made the complaint 4 months ago and my warranty does not run out until March for when I purchased the sofa and I don't no what else I can do to rectifie this issue
