Added charges to a bill after payment.

During January I have ordered tickets for the British F1 Grand Prix I also ordered camping on a site which they part own. The full cost was paid at the time of order but today they have called me asking for a further £30 as they said there was a glitch on the website in January.
Am I correct in saying that I have a contract and shouldn't have to pay the further £30? They are asking for the money as I am bringing a caravan which I declared at the time of purchase.

I would have thought they have no right to increase the charges . Your declared everything you wanted from the contract including the caravan. They have accepted the contract by taking your money. Do you have a screen srape oor a receipt for the booking confimingthat you are taking a caravan?

Unfortunately not just an email with receipt for tickets. It does not even mention the camping. I had to ring them up to confirm it had been processed correctly. Between January and now the have changed the website and booking system which is when I suspect they have added the charge as it was missing on the previous site.
