    Hello,
hope I am on the right page here.
J been looking at my new skye bill as daughter has returned home and is having skye in her bedroom.
I already have skye in my bedroom but just noticed I am paying the same amount as she will but mine is very basic system whist hers has stop/start/sinf if you ask me nicely yet we are both paying same amounts.
    Surely this isn't right.
    Thank you for any comments.

    Re: Skye

Best thing to do is ring them up ask why, say your not happy and will either go onto a cheaper package or maybe cancel altogether, am sure they will soon solve it for you.
If you don't say anything they surely won't, so unless they hear you are unhappy they will be happy just to keep taking your money.

Please if you can let us know how you go on.

      Re: Skye

Over time companies change their offers for packages. You have no doubt had your sky package for longer, therefore your daugther probably got a better package at a reduced price. If your original contract term with sky has been and gone for your own package, contact them and ask them for the same package and offer that your daughter has.

        Re: Skye

thank you for both your replies. after much discussion skye have reduced the payment for 12 months. I honestly don't mind paying but not for a lesser service. I keep telling skye they need to acknowledge loyalty but it seems its gwetting new customers that important.
Again thank you for your replies

You don't ask you don't get, this is particularly so with Sky. We have had a discount with them for the last 5 years, the last year its been free line rental. Tell them that you've got a better offer elsewhere and they will do anything to keep your business, my understanding is the cancellations dept get penalised for every customer that they lose.
