Mobile phone contract with three no service

Hi to all
i have been tired in to a 24month plan with three and over the
Last month have had no signal I have rung them many times and they say will give you 90 percent of the contract price as I have had no service however I feel that as I have had no signal there will be no charge for the whole month. I have had the contract for three months and when I said I wanted to end the contract as they are not providing me with the service I am paying for they said I would have to pay the full amount for the remaining 21 months I am just wondering what I can do as I am now left with a phone contract that is only any good away from my address

perhaps ask to speak to some one higher up in the chain as its pointless speaking to customer service team you may have to go higher up the chain of command
