  • T-Mobile making 2.7% increase in my price plan

I do not think they have the right to do this as I made my contract over the phone and these were not discussed at the time of making my contract.
Am i right in thinking that if the price plan (contract) i made over the phone, we did not discuss whether it was fixed or not? and no T's and C's were sent via the post....

Is it worth me pursuing this? as realistically my price will go up like 15p but it's the principle that they think they can just go ahead up the prices and no one will say anything!

Here's someone who took on T mobile as T7Cs weren't discussed over the phone, but there was a lot at stake.
For 15p it's "not worth the candle" and a court would probably not let a case proceed.

IMO principles are fine, but all that hassle for pennies......
