Customer Service have got back to me with an apology and are sending me a £5 Moneycard. They said the store manager is going to investigate to make sure situations like this do not happen again and has promised to address the issue directly with the staff member concerned. I wouldn't have made an issue out of it and would have paid the 12p if she had been a bit more civil, but trying to blame me and getting all shirty when I explained what had happened she can bog off. Perhaps a bit of staff training wouldn't go amiss.
