Hi,
I ordered a pair of trainers on the Reebok website that were priced at £0 + £8.50 postage, the Reebok terms and conditions clearly state..
"Orders you place via the Website for the products offered by Reebok through the Website are only an offer to conclude a sales contract. The sales contract is only concluded upon the confirmation by Reebok of the order per e-mail to you. Until you have received this confirmation, you can still cancel the order."
I recieved the email confirming the order and was given an order number etc.
Now they are saying that they never intended to sell them at that price and will not be honoring the deal.
Are they allowed to do this after the contract has been formed, the Reebok Ts & Cs seem to make it quite clear about when the contract is formed, most companies dont form the contract until money is taken do they?
